Participants are compensated based on performance metrics achieved within a simulated environment (On Funded or Instant Account Stage). For internal risk management, FundedGiants may, at its sole discretion, copy the signals of successful participants into a proprietary live account held with a third-party Liquidity Provider. This live account is owned exclusively by FundedGiants. Participants have no legal or equitable interest in this live account, and all payouts to traders are strictly service-based performance fees derived from successful simulated outcomes.

FundedGiants does not function as a bank, broker-dealer, or investment advisor. We do not accept deposits for the purpose of investment, nor do we manage “client funds.” The fees paid by participants are strictly for the purchase of an evaluation license and access to proprietary software and educational tools.
